The Accounting Module provides a complete environment for processing, controlling and managing the financial and accounting processes of the organization, in compliance with the current tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. The module is designed to cover the core operational needs of small, medium-sized and large enterprises, while allowing additional functionality to be added when needed.

The core package includes all the key operations required for day-to-day accounting:

Invoicing

Support for customer and supplier invoices: issuing, processing of incoming documents, different sales types, automatic accounting entries, VAT handling and special tax regimes.

Cash Desk

Recording of incoming/outgoing payments, cash balance management, automatic posting and maintenance of cash books in line with statutory requirements.

Journal Voucher

Entry of general accounting operations, adjustments, internal transfers, depreciation charges and closing operations.

Warehouse

Goods receipt and issue, working with items and nomenclatures, tracking of quantities/values and valuation using FIFO/LIFO/weighted average cost with automatic accounting entries.

Yes. The Accounting Module is designed to support multi-currency operations and automatic currency conversion. Upon the official adoption of the euro in the Republic of Bulgaria (planned for 2026), the system will support:

  • automatic conversion of existing balances and reported values;

  • dual-currency reporting during the transition period (BGN/EUR), where required by law;

  • automatic exchange rate updates and recalculations in accounting entries;

  • archiving and retention of historical data in Bulgarian leva;

  • ready-to-use invoicing, cash desk and warehouse functionality in euro.

This allows businesses to switch to the new currency without disrupting day-to-day operations, without data loss and without additional configuration risks.
